I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Virginia Beach since 2005, a graduate of Advanced Fuller School of Massage. 

After about 15 years of working in salons, spas, chiropractic offices, etc. I launched Sandbridge Massage in 2019 to accommodate the wonderful families and groups on vacation in my favorite place.

My newest passion is SMRT (Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique), which I incorporate into every session.
